做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
