做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
