做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
