做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
