做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
