做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
