做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
