做法:春笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
